Two-storey villas for an eco-agro tourist resort above Kolymbari, with views of sun, sea and mountains in every direction. The design synthesizes architecture, landscape and sustainability from the first site studies.

The villas follow the topography and the view lines of the site. Every principal room, bedrooms included, looks toward the sea and the mountains and opens onto its own terrace. The flat roofs work as gardens and as extra vantage points over the Cretan landscape.
